I was first licensed in 1958. I now have an Advanced Class license.
My father was a ham starting in the spark days (1920's, I think).
My ham activity is limited now to VHF and UHF repeater use. I spend most of my time on the Internet doing volunteer work for the Chamber of Commerce and the Arts Center.
